John P. Kreiss,
President
John Kreiss is an Executive Recruiter dedicated to serving the particular
staffing needs of Real Estate and Construction companies of all sizes.
He specializes in conducting high-level executive searches and has
extensive experience as both project manager and primary recruiter
on searches for key management and technical positions at the departmental,
office, and corporate level. He also advises clients on recruitment
strategy, compensation, relocation, outplacement, and other human
resources issues.
John has been noted in a number of publications including NAIOP’s
Developer Magazine, Land Development Today, McGraw Hill Construction,
Builder Online and Remodeling News. He has been featured in IOMA
Principals Report, the Worcester Business Journal, and the Boston
Business Journal. He also co-authored Insider's Guide to Professional
Recruitment Secrets. John has been quoted in numerous publications
as well, including: American Waterworks Association, DesignBuild,
Commercial Building Construction, the Wisconsin Daily Reporter, and
the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce.
John is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association
of Personnel Consultants, and Rotary International. He has an MBA
with a concentration in Management from the Elkin B. McCallum graduate
school of business at Bentley College in Waltham, MA, and a B.A.
in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
John Rainone,
Project Operations Manager
John Rainone is a seasoned executive recruiter who locates highly
qualified candidates for key management and technical positions for
real estate and construction firms nationwide. With experience as
both project manager and primary recruiter for many construction
and real estate development clients, he also provides advice on recruitment
and hiring strategies, including issues such as compensation, bonuses,
benefits, and negotiation tactics.
In addition to recruiting, John serves other key roles for MorganSullivan,
including business development, marketing, and staff supervision.
Previously, John was Engineering Team Leader for MorganSullivan’s
sister firm, SullivanKreiss, where he specialized in executive recruiting
for the engineering industry.
John is a member of CoreNet and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in psychology from Framingham (MA) State College, where he graduated
Cum Laude.
